Redox Signs Licensing Agreement With OPKO Health, Inc.
On June 12, 2008, OPKO and Redox entered into an agreement whereby OPKO acquired the rights for all ophthalmic uses of Doxovir.

Redox Pharmaceutical Corporation has been granted approval from Health Canada to perform clinical studies on Herpes Labialis (cold sores).  Phase IB (initial proof of safety and efficacy) and Phase II Clinical Trials have been successfully completed.
